My name is Dionne Welsh. I am the owner/agent of Dream Plan Pack, llc. I was an entrepreneur before I even knew what that word meant. I graduated from West Liberty State College with a degree in Elementary Education but I knew the day that they gave me that diploma that I didn’t want to be a teacher. I started my 1st business right out of college and ever since then I have always had the mindset that I could really work anywhere I wanted. Working for different people and different companies and even starting my own companies have made me the well-rounded person I am today. I am no stranger to the hustle!
We are a proud military family. My husband and daughter work right alongside me to make this a true family business. We specialize in Theme Park Travel, All Inclusive resorts and Cruising.
